賴祖金,1939年生,福建廈門人,早年畢業于廈門大學,先後擔任外交部處長、中國駐新加坡大使馆文化參贊、中國駐巴基斯坦大使馆文化參贊、文化部僑聯副主席、文化部僑聯中國徐悲鴻畫院副院長等職(局級)。

   Lai Zujin, a native of Xiamen, Fujian Province, graduated from Xiamen University in his early years. He has successively served as Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cultural Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Singapore, Cultural Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Bakistan, Vice-Chairman of the Overseas Chinese Federation of the Ministry of Culture and Vice-President of the Chinese Xu Beihong Painting Institute of the Overseas Chinese Federation of the Ministry of Culture.
