    為弘扬中华民族文化,学习美术教育家徐悲鸿先生爱国主义精神,坚持艺术為国家和民族服务的宗旨,经中国徐悲鸿画院同意并受权,经辽宁省朝阳市人民政府批准,朝阳分院成立于2010年,体制为非企业独立法人社会团体,中国徐悲鸿画院下辖单位,业务归口管理部门是朝阳市文联。该院主要工作是开展文化艺术交流活动,为当地经济和文化建设服务。  

  In order to carry forward the Chinese nation's culture, study the patriotism spirit of Mr. Xu Beihong, an art educator, and adhere to the purpose of art serving the country and the nation, Chaoyang Branch was established in 2010 with the consent and authorization of the Chinese Xu Beihong Painting Academy and the approval of the people's government of Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province. Its system is a non-enterprise independent legal person social organization. The unit under the jurisdiction of the Chinese Xu Beihong Painting Academy City Literary Federation. The main work of the Institute is to carry out cultural and artistic exchanges to serve the local economic and cultural construction.
