王恩東、男、汉族、1963年生,畢業于南開大學經濟學博士，中共党員。曾先後擔任審計局局長、民政局局長、開發區管委會主任兼黨組書記，對區域經濟和文化産業有深入研究。現任中國徐悲鴻畫院副院长、總經理。

  Wang Endong, male, Han nationality, born in 1963, graduated from Nankai University with a doctorate in economics and a member of the Communist Party of China. He has successively served as director of the Audit Bureau, director of the Civil Affairs Bureau, director of the Development Zone Management Committee and a party group scandal, and has in-depth research on regional economy and cultural industries.
