Tan Quanchang, male, Han nationality, born in 1949 in Donggang City, Liaoning Province, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Central University for Nationalities. He has served as a director of the China Artists Association, vice president of the China Xu Beihong Painting Academy, executive vice chairman of the Jilin Artists Association, and president of the Jilin Provincial Painting Academy. He is also a national first-class artist.
