黎明中,1945年生于江西樟樹縣，北京人,早年畢業于江西大學哲學糸,曾任江西省委辦公廳主任、江西省政府秘書長，省政協常委、文史委主任、全國政協研究室副主任等職(正局級)。
其書作多次在國內外參展並獲獎,《中國書法》、《中國書畫報》等媒體發表和報導，受到社會各界好評，其作品被北京人民大會堂、中央國家機關等收藏,曾在中國美術館舉辦個人書法展。習書刻苦，工于行草，兼學隸篆,啓功、王學仲等先生評論其作品“散透著大氣、秀氣、靈氣和才氣”。中國徐悲鴻畫院副院長兼創作中心主任。江西省書法家協會名譽主席,中國書法家協會會員。
Limingzhong was born in Zhangshu County, Jiangxi Province in 1945. He was a native of Beijing. He graduated from the Department of Philosophy of Jiangxi University in his early years. He served as director of the General Office of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, secretary-general of the Jiangxi Province Government, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, director of the Literature and History Committee, and deputy director of the Research Office of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (at the bureau level).
His books have been exhibited at home and abroad many times and have won awards. They have been published and reported by media such as "Chinese Calligraphy" and "China Painting and Calligraphy News", and have been well received by all walks of life. His works have been collected by the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, central state agencies, etc., and have been held in China Art Museum holds a personal calligraphy exhibition. Mr. Qi Gong, Wang Xuezhong and other Mr. Wang Xuezhong commented that his works are "full of atmosphere, elegance, aura and talent." Vice President and Director of the Creation Center of Xu Beihong Painting Academy of China.
