梁时民
梁時民，男,汉族,1959年，祖籍四川梓州人，先後畢業于四川美術學院、廣西藝術學院，武漢大學，博士學歷。國家一級美術師、國務院政府特殊津貼專家，中國美術家協會理事，四川省美術家協會主席。
Liang Shimin, a native of Zizhou, Sichuan Province in 1959, first graduated from Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts, Xixi Academy of Fine Arts, Wushu University and doctoral degree. National first-level experts on special grants for the United States and the State Council. Director of the Sino-American Association and Chairman of the Sichuan Association.
